Questions
Does my client need to install anything?
No. They open a private link on their phone or computer. There is nothing to download and no account to make.
Do we have to stop using WhatsApp with clients?

What does an approval record?
The room, who approved it, and when. Notes asking for changes stay pinned to the image they are about.
Who can see a project?
